Therefore, prepare three washed medium zucchini and cut them into smaller pieces as desired. It doesn’t matter whether you choose cubes, noodles or round slices. It is also up to you whether you leave the zucchini with or without the skin. Then cut the onion lengthwise and lightly fry it in olive oil. Then add two crushed or wiped cloves of garlic along with the curry powder and ground paprika.
If you like spicy taste, choose spicy, and if you are cooking for children, use sweet. Then add the prepared zucchini. Let it cook for a bit so that the courgettes are still pleasantly crunchy and soft at the same time. It should not be overcooked, because instead of a delicacy, you would end up with an unsightly mess on your plate.
You can add a little water during baking, but this is usually not necessary. In the end, it is enough to cover the “porcelain” with high-quality soy sauce and season with salt and pepper. The dish can also be seasoned with fresh herbs. Choose jasmine rice as a side dish, but fresh bread or a baguette is also an excellent addition.
Chinese zucchini with chicken
Cut about 200 g of fresh chicken breast into thin strips and mix them in a bowl with olive oil and spices of your choice. You can use many proven Asian blends. Cut leeks or onions into rings and lightly fry them in oil in a pan with a thick bottom, it is best to use a wok pan directly.

Add the marinated chicken and fry until the meat is soft. Then add the chopped zucchini, carrot and pepper. Of course, it is also possible to use sliced bamboo or various sprouts and nuts. Pour in some stock or water and let it all set for a few minutes.
Finally, season with soy sauce, spices and freshly chopped coriander. Of course, you can also prepare the dish with pork, beef or fish, or with shrimp. For a side dish, choose rice or freshly grilled garlic.
