There’s one thing you have to do with chicken before you fry it that people don’t know

Many people regularly include chicken in their diet. It is very healthy, especially if you choose high quality meat. It can be prepared quickly, and in any way – you can prepare chicken soup, steak, just steam a slice or roast chicken. It contains a number of minerals such as phosphorus, magnesium, iron, calcium, potassium, selenium and vitamins, mainly B3, B5 and B6.

Dieters should then prefer skinless, steamed chicken breasts. If you buy a whole chicken, it can be processed whole. You can prepare the breast differently, roast the wings and legs, and prepare a healthy and tasty broth from the skeleton. If you do not insist on an absolutely dietary recipe, try preparing a recipe from Ládi Hruška and try its finesse.

Place the chicken in the tartare

You will need chicken breast, tartare, pepper, plain flour and oil. Cut the breast into slices, add salt, pepper and dip in tartar sauce. Then leave it to marinate in the fridge for at least an hour. The longer you leave the meat, the better. Roll it in flour before cooking. Then heat the oil in a pan and fry the breaded pieces of chicken until golden. Thanks to the tartar, it will taste great. Finally, serve with potatoes and chives.

Creamy chicken in 30 minutes

We can stay a little longer with Ladi Hruska and chicken. His recipes are simple and quick at the same time. Roasted chicken breasts are great, but if you’re looking for a change, try roasting an extra-tender, creamy chicken. Prepare 500 g of chicken cutlets. Washed and patted with salt.

Pour the oil evenly into the baking dish, place the chicken breasts next to each other, then pour 250 ml of cream over everything. Bake, tilted, for 30 minutes at 250 degrees. Then finish baking for about 10 minutes without the lid. A golden crust forms on the surface. Serve with potatoes or mashed potatoes.
