Pilsner, csángó or with gnocchi? Six fun facts about goulash
First, let’s make the base for the sauce. Put the broth and honey in a saucepan and let it boil until it thickens, then dilute as needed.
Add lemon juice to the sauce.
Cut the chicken breast in half lengthwise.
Finely chop the parsley.
Heat a pan with olive oil and fry the chicken breast until golden on both sides (do not salt or pepper the breast beforehand).
Then let the chicken breast bake for about 6 minutes at 180°C.
Meanwhile, heat the sauce.
Recipe for a quick weekend lunch: Roast pork with mustard and cheese
Turn off the stove under the sauce and stir in the cubes of cold butter.
At the end, mix parsley, ground chili into the sauce and add a little salt.
Remove the chicken breasts from the oven and let them rest for a while. Only now can we lightly add salt and pepper.
Pour the sauce over the chicken breast, add the fries and add the arugula with a little olive oil.
