Chicken breast in honey-lemon sauce

We will need (for 2 servings):
- 2 smaller chicken breasts
- 200 ml of broth
- 1.5 spoons of honey
- juice of 1 lemon
- 30 g of butter
- parsley
- ground chili (optional)
- 400 g of French fries
- arugula
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper

Method:
First, let’s make the base for the sauce. Put the broth and honey in a saucepan and let it boil until it thickens, then dilute as needed.
Add lemon juice to the sauce.
Cut the chicken breast in half lengthwise.
Finely chop the parsley.
Heat a pan with olive oil and fry the chicken breast until golden on both sides (do not salt or pepper the breast beforehand).
Then let the chicken breast bake for about 6 minutes at 180°C.
Meanwhile, heat the sauce.

Turn off the stove under the sauce and stir in the cubes of cold butter.
At the end, mix parsley, ground chili into the sauce and add a little salt.
Remove the chicken breasts from the oven and let them rest for a while. Only now can we lightly add salt and pepper.
Pour the sauce over the chicken breast, add the fries and add the arugula with a little olive oil.
