For 4 servings you will need: 800 g of chicken breast, 50 ml of olive oil, salt, pepper, 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, 5 cloves of garlic, 1 teaspoon of dried thyme, 1 lemon, 230 g of mayonnaise, 1/2 teaspoon of Dijon mustard, g of fresh chives, 4 kaiser peppers , 1 avocado, 8 radishes, 40 g of salad cucumbers, 1/2 yellow pepper, 20 g of salad mix

Preparation: Mix 50 ml of olive oil with salt, pepper, a spoonful of balsamic vinegar, 2 pressed cloves of garlic and a spoonful of thyme. Coat 800 g of chicken with the mixture and put it in the oven, covered. Bake for about an hour at 180°C. After baking, take it out of the oven and leave it covered for 10 minutes.

Rub 3 cloves of garlic into a fine paste and mix with 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice, rub again and strain the mixture. Then add 230 g of mayonnaise and mix in 1/2 teaspoon of Dijon mustard, salt and 5 g of finely chopped chives.
