Now they are not as cheap as they used to be, but they have an advantage: there are a lot of them on the plate. But today we will not grill, we will prepare steamed wings without a drop of fat and still very tasty. I bought a kilo of them chilled and with the top already cut off, and I divided each one into two parts to make the illusion of a full plate even bigger.

I put it on a plate, sprinkle it with finely chopped onions or leeks and serve it with rice. I had this, but was too lazy to cook it, so the meal was filled with freshly baked bread.
It is very edible to the point of gluttony. Your hands are busy, the plate of healed bones is filling up, people’s cheerful expressions are the reward for a delicious dinner.
