  • juice of 3/4 lemon

  • 150 ml of Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped herbs (thyme, rosemary, parsley)
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Clean the chicken thighs from the remains of the cartilage.

Rub the meat with olive oil and sprinkle with spices. Then I vacuum to give the meat a quick seasoning, but it’s not absolutely necessary.

Put the meat on top of the bacon, twist it and wrap it tightly in foil like candy. We continue in the same way with the other thigh.
